Introduction

The dimensions of a cover and its design vary a lot depending on the size and number of pages in your book. Generally, this is where almost every non-computer savvy writer gets stuck and is unable to design and set his own book cover.

To help our authors we have a huge gallery of designs of book covers that you can choose from when uploading your new book. This gallery will suggest to you all different types of designs based on your Genre of book. You can select any design you like and our team of experts will set the cover and prepare its final file based on this design.

In case you do not like any of our designs, you will also have an option to upload your own design using the upload option available on the cover gallery page.

Sections in a Book Cover

A book cover has three sections, the Front Cover, the Back Cover and the Spine.

Front Cover

The front cover contains the following :

• Book Name / Title
• Books Sub Title
• Authors Name
• Any other annotations if desired.
  

Back Cover

The back cover contains about the book

• Address of publisher
• ISBN Barcode (this is provided by Writat)
  

Spine

The spine is the centre of the book which contains 

• Name of the book
• Authors Name
